Good access to the shopping centre, with good facilities and infrastructure, a varied and attractive commercial and leisure offer, and good management.

Having a large number of shops available of all types in the same grounds, where it’s easy to park and buy everything you need conveniently.
What is the best thing about Portal de la Marina Shopping Centre?
Access to the centre has been improved and its image.
What would you improve about Portal de la Marina Shopping Centre?
As a customer I would improve the recreational offer with a bowling alley, a recreation zone or something similar since we don’t have many options, if you don’t want to shop, eat or go to the cinema.
I would improve the access to the toilets on the main floor since they can only be accessed from one side.
Create an indoor rest area with a bench or chairs for customers.
I would another cash machine for customers’ convenience as well as to incude more banks.
As a worker, I can think of something else:
A common area where workers can eat or rest between shifts.
A place with hot meals to eat there.
Improve the closing hours according to the time of year such as Sundays in general or some months in autumn and winter.
What companies do you think Portal de la Marina Shopping Centre is missing?
Decathlon, Primark, Pimkie…..are firms that are sure to increase visits.

Very good, everything that enlivens and brightens up the centre is always positive, any idea is good, even the afternoon snack of grandparents with their grandchildren…

Well I’ve often gone into Carrefour wearing my work t-shirt and have been asked by customers where they can find certain products or if I can help them, the funny thing is it’s happened in other places further away from the shopping centre..I must have the face of a shop assistant or something like that ha ha.
