On 14th June, walking around our shopping centre worked up an appetite. In the morning, the boys and girls from the Raquel Payà Special Needs School training courses showed off their cooking skills in our improvised kitchens.
The objective: to show the media what they’re made of and the talent they have, and how these courses help the training of our future chefs in charge of kitchens or owners of restaurants.
In addition, the chefs from the main restaurants in the area were able to try their dishes and check out the potential of these new chefs.
A perfect opportunity to discover and recognise the work of these future chefs who are fighting against something more than the competition of the sector.
