Father’s Day coincided again with las Fallas, and again we didn’t want this to prevent dads from celebrating their day as they should.
Two seafood meals at Restaurante Mena and €1000 in shopping were the big prizes that were drawn between 19th and 25th March. All you had to do was upload a photo with your Father’s Day gift to our Facebook page to win yourself an amazing feast; or come to our shopping centre on 25th March, take a selfie in our photocall and go away with €1000 in your pocket.
Long live Father’s Day in Valencia!
This Valentine’s Day is juicy
Since last year it was clear that squeezing oranges with your partner is a more than suitable activity for Valentine’s Day. This is why the 2nd Edition of the Taronja Challenge has been a success.
On 14th February thirty couples competed for prizes such as a television, a drone or a coffee machine. Big prizes compensated for the two hours of squeezing the juice our of kilos and kilos of oranges. An edition that broke all records, with 10 more couples than the previous year, and with a notable impact on digital media.
Next year we want to break records again, there are lots of oranges to be squeezed!
Las Fallas with Falla Oeste
Las Fallas festival is the most important event in our community, and this year we were lucky enough to form part of it in a very active way.
Thanks to the association with Falla Oeste, we held the presentation of the two designs, both adult and children’s. Once the sketches became reality, they were displayed at our shopping centre for everyone to enjoy.
In the days prior to burning the ninot, a gift card worth €300 was raffled in the “Selfie Faller” competition. To take part, you just had to take a photo with our falla and upload it to social networks with the hashtag #selfiefaller.
Thanks to Falla Oeste we were able to take part in this important cultural event of the Fallas of Denia.
We continue to recycle
Looking after our planet should be one of our main priorities in our day to day life. We work so that Portal de la Marina does this, and conveys this to everyone who comes to our facilities.
This is why we have dedicated a space for the recycling all types of waste. From organic waste and plastics to batteries or clothing, you can find all the containers in our Eco area, located in the underground car park at our shopping centre.
Last quarter we were happy with the installation of electric car chargers, this quarter we are delighted to have a space that ensures the correct and sustainable treatment of all waste.
